1. Introduction

Welcome to RakuOps, a product owned and operated by Amra Ventures, headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. RakuOps provides workflow automation and checklist management software designed to help teams and individuals improve productivity, process visibility, and operational efficiency.

By accessing or using our website, platform, or related services (collectively referred to as the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use or access RakuOps.

2. Definitions

For clarity:

• “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Amra Ventures, the owner and operator of RakuOps.
• “You,” “User,” or “Customer” refers to any individual or organization using our platform.
• “Services” means the RakuOps web application, integrations, and related features.
• “Subscription” refers to any paid plan or recurring billing arrangement.
• “Content” refers to any text, data, or files uploaded, created, or stored within your account.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use RakuOps, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering an account and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use RakuOps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any part of the software.
• Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or any malicious content.
• Upload or store unlawful, harmful, or copyrighted material without authorization.
• Interfere with or overload our servers or disrupt other users’ access.

5. Plans, Pricing & Payment

RakuOps offers both subscription-based and one-time purchase options. Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard; access continues until the end of your billing period.

One-time purchases must be paid in full at checkout and are not subject to recurring billing. All prices are displayed in INR or USD depending on your location and may include applicable taxes.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel anytime through your RakuOps account. Cancellations stop future billing but do not refund the current cycle.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued only for duplicate payments, billing errors, or verified technical failures. Requests must be made within 7 days by emailing support@rakuops.com.
• One-Time Purchases: These are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain full ownership of the data you upload to RakuOps (“User Data”). By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. 8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and designs associated with RakuOps are the intellectual property of Amra Ventures. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services & Integrations

RakuOps may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of such external services. Use of these services is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Availability & Maintenance

We strive to maintain high uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by external factors.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay for services, or engage in prohibited activity. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately. You may request a data export within 7 days.

12. Limitation of Liability

Amra Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RakuOps. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the previous 3 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amra Ventures, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of RakuOps or violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available at rakuops.com/terms.html. Continued use of RakuOps after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
